Refund & Returns Policy

At Digital Desk LLC, we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy covers all orders placed on digitaldesk.ae and applies to customers in the United Arab Emirates. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request for standard (non-custom) products. For custom or personalised printed products, claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. What We Accept for Return

Standard (Non-Custom) Products

For non-personalised, off-the-shelf items, we accept returns within 14 days for any reason, including buyer's remorse, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Custom / Personalised Printed Products

Due to the made-to-order nature of custom printed items (business cards, flyers, banners, branded merchandise, etc.), returns are only accepted if the product:

  • Arrived damaged during delivery
  • Is incorrect compared to your confirmed order
  • Has a production or printing defect caused by Digital Desk LLC

Custom product claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom or personalised products where customer-approved artwork was printed correctly
  • Orders where artwork errors were approved by the customer before printing
  • Digital files or design services already delivered
  • Sale items or orders placed using discount codes (unless defective)
  • Items returned without prior written authorisation from our team

4. Return Method

Returns are accepted via the following methods:

  • In store — Shop 3, Bin Suwailem Bldg, Damascus Street, Al Qusais, Dubai
  • By mail — For defective or incorrect items, Digital Desk LLC provides the return shipping label. For buyer's remorse returns on standard products, the customer arranges and pays return shipping.

Do not return any item without written authorisation from our team. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

5. Return & Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: Digital Desk LLC covers all return and reshipment costs.
  • Standard returns (buyer's remorse): Customer is responsible for return shipping. No restocking fee applies.
  • Custom product returns: Not applicable except in confirmed defect cases.

6. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

Refunds will not be issued for: change of mind on custom orders, delays caused by incorrect customer information, or artwork errors approved before printing.

7. Exchanges

  • Standard (non-custom) products — within 14 days of delivery
  • Custom products with a confirmed production defect — within 48 hours of delivery
  • Wrong product delivered that does not match the confirmed order

All exchange items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

8. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email sales@digitaldesk.ae within the applicable window (14 days for standard products, 48 hours for custom items)
  2. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and a description of the issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days
  4. Wait for written authorisation before sending anything back — items returned without approval will not be accepted

9. Consumer Rights Under UAE Law

This policy is in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations. As a consumer in the UAE, you are entitled to receive products that match the description and quality agreed upon at the time of purchase. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may contact the UAE Ministry of Economy.
