Refund & Return Policy

At Digital Desk LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality printed products and excellent customer service. Because many of our products are custom-printed or made-to-order, our return and refund policy is subject to the conditions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. General Policy
Due to the custom and personalised nature of our printed products, all sales are considered final once production has commenced. Returns and refunds are strictly limited to the conditions described in this policy. We strongly encourage all customers to review and approve artwork, quantities, and specifications carefully before confirming any order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Customised or personalised printed products
- Corporate gifts printed with company logos or branding
- Items produced based on customer-approved artwork or design files
- Bulk orders and promotional merchandise
- Sale items or orders placed using discount codes
- Digital files or design services already delivered
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take full responsibility for errors on our end. If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect compared to your confirmed and approved order
- Defective due to a production or printing error on our part
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
To process your claim, you may be required to provide:
- Your order number or invoice
- Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product
- A brief description of the issue
After verification by our team, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Reprint and replacement of the product
- Exchange for the same or equivalent item
- Partial refund, where applicable and approved
4. Exchanges
We accept exchange requests only in the following situations:
- Manufacturing or production defect confirmed by our team
- Printing error caused by Digital Desk LLC
- Wrong product delivered that does not match the confirmed order
All exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Exchanges requested outside this window will not be accepted.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:
- The defective or incorrect product cannot be replaced or reprinted
- The issue has been confirmed and approved by the Digital Desk LLC team
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
Digital Desk LLC will not process refunds for change of mind, delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, or artwork errors that were approved by the customer prior to printing.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a direct result of our error or a confirmed defective product. If an exchange or replacement is approved due to our fault, Digital Desk LLC will cover the cost of reshipping the corrected item. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
7. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange request, please follow these steps:
- Email us at sales@digitaldesk.ae within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days
- Do not return any item without prior written confirmation from our team — items returned without authorisation will not be accepted
8. Consumer Rights Under UAE Law
This policy is in accordance with the UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations. As a consumer in the UAE, you are entitled to receive products that match the description and quality agreed upon at the time of purchase. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may contact the UAE Ministry of Economy or the relevant emirate-level consumer protection authority.
