1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our products, many items are custom printed or made-to-order. Therefore, returns are limited and subject to the conditions below.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Customized or personalized printed products
Corporate gifts printed with company logos
Items produced based on customer-approved artwork or design
Bulk orders and promotional items
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
Damaged during delivery
Incorrect compared to your confirmed order
Defective due to production error
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
You may be asked to provide:
Order number
Photos of the product
Description of the issue
After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:
Product replacement
Exchange for the same item
Partial refund (if applicable)
4. Exchanges
We accept exchanges only in the following situations:
Manufacturing defect
Printing error from our side
Wrong product delivered
Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only if:
The product cannot be replaced
The item is confirmed defective by our team
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or damaged goods.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise confirmed by Digital Desk.
